Blackerby Associates is a national consulting firm based in Phoenix. Phillip Blackerby, M.P.Aff., has 17 years in direct public service and 16 years consulting to government and not-for-profit organizations. An expert in not-for-profit and public sector strategic planning, Mr. Blackerby published several articles on planning and budgeting, produced a training video, trained hundreds of officials and facilitated dozens of public and not-for-profit sector strategic planning processes. He has evaluated grant application proposals for two federal agencies, and written successful federal and state grants. He integrated planning and budgeting at two state agencies and helped design a program planning system for a federal agency. His master's degree is from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin; his bachelor's degree in economics (honors) is from Brown University. Elizabeth Reuthe, M.B.A., has over thirty years of leadership and professional experience in Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, government, universities, & hospitals. Her current practice and emphasis areas include Executive Development and Coaching, strategic planning and competitive positioning, trust in organizations, the people and process sides of technology investments, and customer relationships, innovation and performance. Ms. Reuthe holds a bachelor's degree from University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University. She is also a graduate of Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organizational and Systems Development Program as well as several graduate programs. She is a Certified Coach and Certified Coach Facilitator, Corporate Coach University. Kevin F. O'Sullivan has a background in workforce development, human resources and information systems, working with FairPoint Communications, the State of Maine, Hartford Insurance, Employment Trust, Microdyne Outsourcing and Digital Product Lifecycle Services. His experience has been at the Vice President level. He has a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and additional education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
